Be(e) a beekeeper

By visiting our apicultural unit, among others you will:

  • Start by attending an information session about the biological cycle of the bees and their hive.

  • Get full information about all the beekeeping products (honey pollen propolis and royal jelly)

  • Extract honey by yourself by using our special equipment and taste it among other honey harvests all from across the island.

  • Wear a beekeeping suit and get to open a beehive under the supervision of the professionals

  • Visit our bee queen production laboratory and gain an understanding of how queen bees are produced .(our apiary is the biggest queen production station of Greece)

  • Be able ask any kind of questions around the beekeeping process, Take some commemorative photos and share your once in a lifetime experience with your friends

  • The beekeeping experience will last for approximately 2 hours

It is worth noting that you will be absolutely safe during the whole process of the course

1 person: 40€ – 2 persons: 70€ – 3 persons: 90€ – 4 persons: 100€

– Children free (accompanied by adults)

Groups: for more than 10 persons, 10€ per person
